He strolled, like a grain in a park without a care or a worry in the world, like he had on an invisible coat that would shield him from this low protein. Yeah, I think it would be fair to say…we liked quinoa from the start. One afternoon, we sat and ate with the sun on our shoulders and felt like gluten-free men. We could have been cooking some grain of one of our own houses. We were the lords of all creation.
