From the manufacturer Instructions / Precautions Application: * For initial chilling of the ColPac, place flat in chilling unit freezer for two hours. Do not chill below zero degrees Fahrenheit. * Remove ColPac from freezer and place a hand towel between the skin and the ColPac.
