From the manufacturer Costa Rican Tarrazu This regional blend comes from one of the most famous coffee producing districts in Costa Rica. Tarrazu is known for its spectacular mountains and lush, lively green forests. It supports a population of approximately 14,000 people, but that number will more than triple come January through May, as the harvest season begins. The quality of soil, weather, and elevation of Tarrazu will continue to produce coffee beans that are distinctively delightful. The cup characteristics are sweet and balanced, with a creamy body, bright acidity and notes of milk chocolate and citrus. Guatemalan Antigua This single origin coffee comes directly from Guatemala Antigua, which is know for its rich history. Antigua directly translates to "Ancient" and one taste of the coffee from here and you know that they truly have perfected their coffee growing craft over the years. Coffee production began in the mid 1800's and with Antigua nestled in between 3 volcanoes it could not have been a better location. The volcanoes Agua, Acateno, and Fuego provided nutrient rich soil that allowed the coffee trees to flourish. This coffee is balanced with bright acidity, full body, great flavor, and a wonderful aroma. Pair with chocolate and or peanut butter for a flavorful experience. See More
