Fitting Instructions ***Never put on a fully tightened corset and try to fasten it. This can put too much strain on the closure (zipper, busk or clasps) and break them. Lay your corset on a flat surface and loosen the cording so that the corset is opened up wider than your natural waist. Bring the corset around your waist. Fasten the corset (zipper, busk or clasps) while the corset is still loose. For busk closure, fasten middle hook first. Position the corset’s privacy panel so it is straight and flat against your back. Reach your hands behind you and find the loops of cording at your waist. Pull the loops to begin tightening the corset. If necessary, adjust the cording at the top bust area or bottom hip area for fit, working your way towards the center of the corset. Once you have your desired fit, pull tight in the middle and tie the loops behind you. When taking your corset off, untie and loosen cording before unfastening the corset.
