How to wear Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor correctly Take off the jewelry accessories on your wrist,put the wristband of the blood pressure monitor on your wrist and place the monitor directy in front of your wrist The wristband should be wrapped firmly around the wrist, with the edge of it 1-2 cm away from the wrist Please stay quiet when measuring,keep the monitor at the same height as your heart,and do not move or talk. Just touch the touch button to start blood pressure measurement. The whole process takes about 40 seconds. Do not move or talk during this process. Charging Instructions: When the screen displays the low battery symbol, please charge promptly. Low battery may result in the device being unusable or providing inaccurate measurement results. The indicator light on the screen will be red while charging; it will turn green when fully charged. Do not measure blood pressure while charging.
