Add the full contents of the pack in the empty machine and run a wash programme Dishwashers Fill the detergent tablet container with Citric Acid and add the rest of the packet to the base of the empty machine. Run a full wash programme for ultimate cleaning Kettles Half fill the kettle with water and boil. Unplug, add approximately 1/3 of the packet and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and wipe down outside of kettle. Wipe any spills immediately. Repeat if required Irons Check if descaling is recommended by the manufacturer. Unplug the iron. Prepare a solution of two tablespoons of Citric Acid in hot water to half fill the iron. Hold iron over sink and switch on the steam. Refill with water and flush through, including the spray, until clear.
