Control the fermentation temperature at about 25℃, the fermentation time is about 7-10 days, and it be filtered and clarified. 4. You can adjust the fermentation temperature and sugar content appropriately according to personal preferences. In the case of low temperature fermentation, the wine fragrance is fresh and in the case of high temperature fermentation, the taste is rich.
