From the manufacturer At Grown In Idaho, all of our products are cut from 100% Idaho Potatoes, harvested at the peak of freshness. Idaho’s perfect potato climate and environment help us create fries that bake up crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, plus mashed potatoes that are fluffy, rich and creamy. To prep Grown In Idaho frozen fries in the air fryer, simply heat to 360 °F, fill air fryer no more than half full and cook according to package instructions. We’ve used 100% certified Idaho Potatoes to make our super crispy fries, loaded with real potato flavor. They bake up hot and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside every time. To prep Grown In Idaho frozen fries in the oven, simply preheat oven to 425 °F and arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a 11” x 17” baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to instructions to desired color and crispiness, stirring halfway through cooking time.
