The larger hole goes on the top of the leg and the smaller hole fits snug at the ankle. It is easy to put on and the material is a quality pvc, very durable. Different with other short and tight shower cover, this upgraded knee shower protector uses soft and comfortable material and it will not leave the marks or indentations on your skin. Material upgrade: The top elastic band uses imported neoprene, the thickness is 3mm, durable and not easy tore. The liner uses waterproof sealing material which can prevent water to plaster cast and bandages on knee during bathing. Hot molded and will not break off like other shower sleeve.
