Alternating Pressure Mode (default mode) In this mode, the selected air pressure within the mattress pad is cycled approximately every 6 minutes by alternating between two main air chambers, causing a shift in the patient's weight distribution. Lunderg's pad has been designed to operate without the user feeling any intense movement. Static Pressure Mode (rest mode, no alternation) Press the "Static" ON button to activate this mode and pause the alternation. This process can take up to 6 minutes, depending on your current cycle and pressure setting.
