API Health UMF 20+ NZ Manuka Honey range is 100% pure, NZ independently tested manuka honey that contains high levels of special chemical markers not found in other honeys. UMF range is honey that tests with a UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) of 20+ or higher. API HEALTH UMF 20+ manuka honey has: A characteristic golden brown color, distinctive and unmistakable manuka flavor, notes of caramel and malt, a rich, crisp finish, thick and rich texture with a pleasant aftertaste. The blossoms of the New Zealand Manuka tree (Leptospermum Scoparium) produce honey that is naturally high in powerful natural compounds including methylglyoxal (MG or MGO). Directions: Dissolve in mouth by the spoonful. Mix with warm water as a tasty drink, drizzle over food, use in recipes, or take one teaspoon of happiness once or twice a day. Store below 25 degrees Celsius.
