Do not freeze without bag. Do not freeze if sleeve has been in soaking water. Do not wear sleeve if it has been frozen wet. FREEZING INSTRUCTIONS : Remove sleeve from supplied bag. With sleeve at room temperature, microwave for 30 seconds and test for comfort. If sleeve is not hot enough, reheat for an additional 10 seconds. DO NOT heat more than a total of 45 seconds.
