Add the Meadowsweet flowers to the boiling water and let it steep for 15 minutes. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove the flowers. Add the sugar to the Meadowsweet tea and stir until it dissolves. Stir in the lemon juice. Pour the cordial into a sterilized bottle and refrigerate until needed.
