For heat therapy, place the gel pack in the center of the microwave and lay flat. Heat at full power for 45 seconds, based on a 1200w microwave. Remove and knead the pack to evenly distribute the heated gel inside the gel pack. Test the pack on the underside of the wrist to determine if the temperature is comfortable. If the pack is too hot, let cool before applying. Place pack into wrap and apply to desired area.
