Cajun shrimp dip with Medium PERi-PERi Rub Ingredients: 1 Lb peeled, cooked shrimp 1/3 Cup Perinaise 3 Tsp PERi-PERi rub 1 Tsp paprika 1 Tsp oregano 1 Tsp thyme 1/2 Cup green onions, thin slices (1 w oz) Ritz crackers for serving (3 crackers per serving) Method: Thaw and roughly chop the shrimp. Thinly slice the green onions. Mix all the ingredients together just before serving and enjoy with Ritz crackers.
