Kukicha Kukicha is a unique Japanese green tea made of the stems, twigs and stalks of the tea plant. After organic tea leaves are harvested, they are steamed and rolled in small batches into Sencha green tea; then stems, twigs, and stalks are sorted out and roasted at a medium temperature. The resulting flavor is nutty, creamy and slightly sweet. Caffeine: Medium Brewing: To enrich well-being, steep 1-2 minutes at 165°F. For iced tea, steep 2 tea bags, cool and pour over ice.
