Low battery level: Insufficient battery power reduces output power, making it unable to effectively stimulate muscle contraction. 2. Incorrect mode selection: Low frequency (<10Hz) is mainly used for muscle relaxation, while high frequency (>50Hz) is more likely to cause muscle tetanic contraction. 3. Electrode pad issues: Dirty electrode pads, dried gel, or aging can hinder current conduction. Regular cleaning or replacement is required. 4. Individual differences: Everyone has different tolerance levels, and sensitivity varies across body parts, leading to different usage effects.
