- HOW TO USE: To apply binder on oneself detach binder from hook and loop and place binder around your waist, holding the side with the tag in your right hand. Using your left hand, pull the binder towards your abdomen. The more you pull in this step, the tighter the binder securement will be. Stretch binder with right hand until reaching desired compression and attach elastic to binder
