Product description How to prepare Matcha Green Tea - The Traditional Way Sift 1 gram of Matcha Step 1: Sift 1 gram of Matcha Organics Ceremonial Matcha Green Tea into a tea bowl to prevent clumping. 1 gram of matcha equals about 1/2 a teaspoon. Add a little hot water Step 2: Pour approximately 2 oz of almost boiling water over the dry Matcha. Lightly combine and let the mixture cool for a minuet. Whisk until nice and frothy Step 3: Using a bamboo whisk called a chasen whisk the mixture in a loose "W" or "M" shaped motion until the Matcha is foamy and frothy.
