It is not sweet at all due to its very simple ingredients. It has a very own texture typical for wafer paper. The premium version which has a thickness of 0.40 mm is less transparent and more solid than the standard version which has a thickness of 0.27 mm. It is a very dry edible paper and therefore is ideal to print edible menus, edible placeholders and many other things. It has the same texture as the wafer paper standard but isnโt as flexible. It is still flexible enough to be used for food prints in an edible printer though. However, it can certainly also be used to cut out edible shapes to decorate pastries and much more Bakeries often use our wafer paper to add their edible logo to their bread to give it a professional finish.
