The First time offering the pill carriers, provide the horse one or two carriers without medication or supplement to condition acceptance. Can be fed to horse like a treat, or just drop into feed. The pill carriers need to be stored at room temperature or the inside paste will get hard. The customer can pop them in the microwave for a few seconds and this will soften them. The formulation of the paste has been changed so that it is easier to use in colder temperatures.
