It was an entire family effort, and something we are all proud of! How To Taste Olive Oil Swirl Pour a teaspoon of olive oil into your cup. Cover the cup with one hand and swirl it delicately until the oil in the container is close to body temperature. Sniff Lift the cup to your nose and sniff deeply.
