TGY is Summit's all-time favorite oolong. Inexpensive and especially good cold steeped, a pitcher of TGY will find its way into your fridge as it has in ours. Lightly oxidized and nutty, roasted dark brown in appearance, this oolong steeps a beautiful light yellow - green color and is suitable for 3x steepings. Don't treat it like teabag tea and throw it out after the first steeping because the next two steepings are the best. Cheers!
