Brewing Chrysanthemum Buds Alone Materials: 3-5 chrysanthemum buds, a glass or ceramic cup, hot water at about 80°C, appropriate amount of honey or rock sugar (optional). Rinse: Put the chrysanthemum buds in the cup, rinse them quickly with a small amount of hot water and pour out the water to remove impurities. Brew: Add appropriate amount of hot water at about 80°C to submerge the chrysanthemum buds and wait for 1-2 minutes. Drink: Drink directly or add some honey or rock sugar to taste. Brewing Chrysanthemum Buds with Wolfberries Materials: 3-5 chrysanthemum buds, 10-15 wolfberries, a glass or thermos cup, hot water at about 80°C, appropriate amount of rock sugar (optional). Prepare: Rinse the chrysanthemum buds and wolfberries to remove dust. Brew: Put them in the cup and pour in hot water at about 80°C until the cup is seven or eight-tenths full. Steep: Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes. Drink: Add rock sugar if you like it sweet.
