The Tuffcare Transport sling is designed to be used only with a stand-up the sling. It will accommodate patients who have the weight-bearing capacity, have full head and neck control, are able to bend at the hip, knees, and ankles, and are able to sit upon the edge of the bed’s surface. The Transport sling is used for simple transfers or transporting patients for longer distances while being in a seated position and will accommodate toileting due to its large opening.
