If quick glue is not available, please stick the double-sided tape on the backside the rubber heel plate and remove the backing paper. STEP 3 3. Place the rubber heel plate on the worn area of the shoe heel, hammer the nails through the hole of the rubber heel plate into the shoe heel and finish repair. NOTICES Hammer need to be prepared before using this product. This product does not contain glue. It is recommended to use quick glue for better adhesion performance. The length of the metal nail is about 0.63\" (16mm). The metal nail can not be used on shoe heels with thickness less than 0.8\" (20mm) to avoid the nails from hurting of feet.
