Avoid placing near high temperature heat sources such as sauna stove, heating pipes, or stone slabs (at least 30cm away), to prevent uneven heating causing glass to crack; 2. Upon entering the sauna room, acclimate for 1 to 2 minutes (allowing the body to initially sense the temperature), then flip the hourglass to start timing, to avoid starting timing immediately upon entering and ending prematurely without acclimating properly or wasting the experience; 3.
