This lush, syrupy blend, with notes of lively berry, stone fruit, and sweet spice, is named for the original Ancient combination of beans shipped through the port of Moka (present-day Yemen), mixed with beans from the Indonesian colony of Java. Our fresh interpretation features the same characteristics of the classic blend, but with fruit-forward beans of Ethiopia and herbal, and spicy beans of Sumatra.
