Buckley's Original Mixture Syrup is non-drowsy. For medicinal ingredients, each teaspoon (5 mL) contains 153 mg ammonium carbonate, 267 mg potassium bicarbonate, 22 mg menthol, and 2.2 mg camphor. Formulated for adults and children 12 years and older, take 1 to 2 teaspoons (5 to 10 mL) every 2 to 3 hours (maximum of 50 mL in 24 hours). If preferred, mix with equal parts honey.
