PHIN FILTER BREWING INSTRUCTION Step 1 Place the metal phin filter over your cup. Add 20-25g of Conihat ground coffee to the chamber Step 2 Slowly pour 40-50ml of hot water (195-200°F/90-96°C) to wet all the ground coffee. Wait 30 seconds to allow the coffee to "bloom" Step 3 Place the metal press on top of the ground coffee. Continue to fill slowly 60-75ml of hot water and wait for the coffee to drip through Step 4 Remove the phin and enjoy your authentic Vietnamese coffee.
