Our Alpine Milk Chocolate has a rich history and process steeped in tradition. That’s why we only use milk from the Alpine region and have since we began. Milka uses only ethically sourced cocoa through the Cocoa Life program, a program that enriches the lives of cocoa farmers, their families, and crops. Once our cocoa beans are harvested, they are fermented in banana leaves, fermented, and then slow roasted before being broken and peeled from their shells. Finally, the cocoa is ground to release cocoa butter, then pressed into powder and mixed with Alpine milk to make delicious, delicate Milka Alpine Milk Chocolate.
