Product description Thickness:0.08" (2.0 mm) The material is able to be softened and modeled under relatively higher temperature. Under the temperature of 60-70 degree is able to be activated in 2-3 mins which will be soft and plastic. How to use: 1. Put the nasal splint into 60-70 ℃ hot water for 3-5 minutes. 2. After it is activated, it could become soft and pliable, put it back and dry it with a soft cloth. 3. Tear the glue layer, put it on the nose.
