Product description ARTISAN PRODUCTION Our EVO oil is an artisanal product. We carry out the cultivation on the olive groves with care and passion for a high-quality standard. CARE OF THE OLIVE TREES We cultivate our olive trees throughout the year with care and love, following the natural cycle of the plants from pruning to flowering up to harvesting. HARVESTING CAMPAIGN Every year, around the middle of October, we begin the harvesting campaign of “Nocellara del Belice” olives exclusively from our olive groves. CAREFUL MILLING The olives are milled within 48 hours of harvesting by cold extraction (below 27°C) to preserve their quality and nutrients. Tunnaliva EVO oil is IGP Sicilia, an official recognition of the European Union also obtained for the new harvest campaign in November 2024. It means quality, traceability and strong link to the territory, thanks to the authorization of the Regional Institute of Wine and Oil designated by MASAF.
