  • REHAB & RECOVERY. Urban Poling’s ACTIVATOR is a pair of premium-quality Nordic walking sticks designed by an occupational therapist & gerontologist specifically for rehab and long-term conditions. This unique patented design helps enhance strengthening, stability, and off-loading.
  • DURABLE & LIGHTWEIGHT. Made with high-grade aluminum, these lightweight, silver poles are 1.44 lb. (.655 kg) per pair, ideal for a maximum user weight of 250 lb. (114 kg). Each pole has a 200 lb. (90 kg) weight-bearing capacity.
  • STRENGTHEN & SUPPORT. ACTIVATOR helps strengthen the core with the unique ergonomic CoreGrip that engages core muscles as you walk, helping to burn up to 20% to 46% more calories than walking without poles. Plus, it also helps support the wrist in a neutral position to reduce strain.
  • ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT. Each 2-section collapsible pole may be adjusted to your height, suitable for heights of 4'2" to 6' (127 to 182 cm). When collapsed, its length is 29" (74 cm).
  • ENHANCED FEATURES. ACTIVATOR has a button locking system to secure the internal twist system. Also included are a strapless ergonomic rubber grip with wide ledge; bell-shaped tips for stability; a carbide metal tip for trails, the beach, and snow; removable boot tips; and a Velcro strap to secure the poles together for storage.
